Hours and Location

Open Hours

PCC is open Monday - Saturday from 8am - 4pm each day. Closed on Sundays. Admission is free.

PCC is a great place to explore:

  • Over 5 miles of hiking trails
  • Visitor center with live animal displays and interactive exhibits
  • 1837 Cheyenne Indian camp
  • Replica 1887 sod homestead with soddies, one-room schoolhouse, workshop with blacksmith forge, and farm animals.

You are invited to join us on Saturday mornings for farm chores at 9am. Bring the family and take a wagon ride to Wells Crossing, our replica 1887 sod settlement. Discover how pioneers survived on the prairie and help feed the farm animals.
